Balance 180 accepts college students for part-time and full-time internships during the Summer, Fall, and Spring semesters. Our internship program is a great learning opportunity and allows students to develop their personal and professional skills. Interns can gain experience in the nonprofit sector in the areas of business administration, sport management, marketing/PR, event planning, and coaching. Internships can be taken for course credit.
We look for candidates who take initiative, have strong communication skills, are driven, and who have an eagerness to learn. If you are excited to be a part of a young, fast-paced organization with a friendly and passionate culture, we would encourage you to apply by submitting your resume and cover letter.

It was a really great experience and truly and honor to be a part of such an amazing organization here in the Gainesville community. I loved getting to know the staff and the kids during the summer and then continuing my time with the gym these last few months. It has truly been an eventful time period! I look forward to continue seeing Balance 180’s growth.
