We care about your safety

What precautions is Balance 180 taking to keep everyone safe?

In order to keep all of our athletes and families safe, we are asking that you follow our updated safety guidelines.

1.   Masks are optional for all staff, athletes and visitors. If you are not vaccinated, we ask that you please wear a mask for your safety and the safety of our athletes.

2.     In order to maintain social distancing in our seating area we ask that each child is accompanied by no more than two adults. We want to give everyone an equal opportunity to watch their athletes from a safe distance and in order to do so we need your help. We have a playground and plenty of outdoor seating available.

3.    Please stay home, if you or your child feel ill. We will gladly schedule makeup classes, as soon as your athlete feels better.

Thank you for your understanding and support of our athletes and staff.

What do classes look like?

Considering safety precautions and limited guest capacity, our class sizes are smaller and require 15 minute breaks in between to allow for safe entry/exit as well as equipment cleaning.

What do I do if I feel sick?

If you or your athlete feels sick, reveal a fever, or have symptoms such as muscle aches, GI issues, cough, nausea, or vomiting, please notify us and stay home until they subside. Depending on the circumstances of the symptoms or level of exposure, we will be in touch regarding the timing of your athlete’s return. We are happy to work with you to schedule make-up classes upon your return.
