Open House - Bring a Friend Day

This supervised open gym is the perfect opportunity for athletes ages 5 and up to meet our coaches and focus on the skills they are most excited about. From backward rolls on floor to back tucks and everything in between, athletes get to choose what they want to work on and make the most of their time in the gym.

Balance 180’s Annual Carnival Classic is coming back this April 18th from 5pm-8pm! You are not going to want to miss this family-friendly event full of food, fun and games!

Join us for a Skill Clinic for a fun, focused afternoon dedicated to building confidence, strength, and technique! Athletes ages 5 and up will work closely with our experienced coaches through targeted drills and progressions.

Join us this summer for three weeks of fun, flips, and fitness! Practice your handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and handsprings with the guidance of our experienced instructors. Participate in our obstacle courses, fitness challenges, and fast-paced games that keep everyone moving and having a blast. No prior gymnastics experience necessary. We welcome children of all abilities!
