Join us for a Birthday Party!
Make your child’s birthday unforgettable at Balance 180 Gymnastics! Our exciting parties are packed with gymnastics, games, and fun activities designed for all ages. Kids will flip, jump, and tumble through an action-filled celebration, then enjoy time for cake and presents with friends. Let us take care of the fun while you enjoy the special moments!
What to Expect
- 1 hour of gymnastics – Includes hanging on the bars, tumbling on the floor, playing on the trampoline, balancing on the beam, swinging on the rope, and jumping into the foam pit.
- ½ hour of obstacle courses, games, and dancing – Tailored to the age group of your child and their friends! Enjoy exciting relay races, parachute games, and other fun gym activities.
- 30 minutes for celebration – Bring your own food and enjoy cake while your athlete opens gifts and celebrates with friends!

When are Birthday Parties Available?
Birthday parties at Balance 180 are available based on gym availability! Rental options include Saturdays from 4:00–6:00 pm and Sundays from 10:00 am–12:00 pm or 1:00–3:00 pm, depending on bookings. When you reach out, we’ll provide a Calendly link to schedule your party.
How many friends can join?
Birthday parties at Balance 180 typically accommodate up to 20 kids. If you're planning a larger celebration, let us know—we’ll do our best to make it work!
Are there any age requirements?
Children ages 3–14 are welcome to participate in the activities on the floor!
