Our Youth Tumbling class is designed for kids who want to build strength, coordination, and confidence while learning the fundamentals of floor gymnastics. Athletes will practice skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, round-offs, and progressions toward back handsprings in a fun and supportive environment. This class is great for beginners as well as athletes from cheer, dance, or other sports who want to improve their tumbling skills.
Class structure begins with a warm-up to build strength, flexibility, and body control, followed by drills that focus on proper technique. Athletes then move into skill stations where they practice tumbling progressions under the guidance of our experienced coaches. Each class wraps up with conditioning and stretching to support safe progression and long-term success.
