Fireflies

Our Fireflies class is for children ages 5 to 7 years old. In this class, gymnasts will build on the skills they learned in our Gym Cubs class while learning the importance of proper technique and form. Our coaches will work to improve each athlete’s endurance, flexibility, and strength through gymnastics exercises and conditioning.
Rising Stars
Ages 8 & up

Rising Stars is a beginner gymnastics class for children ages 8 years old and up. In Rising Stars, athletes will improve on the skills they learned in our Fireflies class. As they are ready, our coaches will introduce athletes to more challenging skills. We incorporate drills and progressions that help the athletes train new skills on the vault, bars, beam, and floor exercises.
Shooting Stars
Ages 7 & up

Shooting Stars is a more advanced gymnastics class for athletes ages 7 and up. In our Shooting Stars class, athletes will improve on the skills they learned in our Rising Stars class. Our coaches will incorporate drills and progressions that guide the athletes to master new skills at every event. The class emphasizes the importance of strength, flexibility, form, and proper technique.
Super Stars
Ages 7 & up

Super Stars is one of our most advanced classes for athletes ages 7 years old and up. Athletes in our Super Stars class have mastered the skills taught in Shooting Stars and have displayed the confidence and drive to begin working more advanced skills. The ability of each athlete will be assessed and challenged accordingly by the coaches. Coaches will also encourage athletes to work together and support each other’s individual progress and goals.
Supernovas
Ages 8 & up

Supernovas is our most advanced gymnastics class for athletes ages 7 years old and up. Athletes who make it to this class have shown strength, discipline, determination, and perseverance within our Super Stars class and have mastered the necessary skills. The athletes in Supernovas will continue to improve their gymnastics through drills and progressions for higher-level skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor.
