Supernovas
Supernovas is our most advanced gymnastics class for athletes ages 7 years old and up. Athletes who make it to this class have shown strength, discipline, determination, and perseverance within our Super Stars class and have mastered the necessary skills. The athletes in Supernovas will continue to improve their gymnastics through drills and progressions for higher-level skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor.
The Goal
The goal of this class is to teach high level tumbling in a fun and challenging environment.

- Glide kip

- Cartwheel back tuck dismount off beam
