Class Structure

This class kicks off with a fun, dance-inspired warm-up to get everyone moving, followed by flexibility exercises—let’s see who can do a split! Next, we build strength and skills, focusing on core floor moves like candlestick jumps and push-ups. To finish, we unleash our inner child with exciting games, wrapping up the session with energy and laughter!
