Flip-or-Treat is coming Saturday, October 25th 2025! Join us for an evening of trunk-or-treating, games, activities, gymnastics, a costume contest and more spooktacular fun!
Spooktacular Fun!
You are invited to Balance 180's Annual Flip-or-Treat Event! Join us for a gymnastics open house event full of SPOOKtacular fun. We will have trunk or treating and fall activities outside and gymnastics inside the gyms. We hope to see you there!
When: October 25, 2025 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM
Where: Balance 180 Gymnastics and Sports Academy
Who: This event is open to the public and available for all ages
What to Expect at Flip-or-Treat:
TRUNK OR TREATING
Our families and volunteers will be decorating their trucks for a FANGtastic evening of trunk or treating! We will have 40 spots available for anyone who is interested in decorating their car trunks and being a part of this exciting event. You can register as trunk below!
FALL ACTIVITIES
We'll have a scavenger hunt, crafts, and fun fall activities outside for everyone to enjoy, plus some delicious food trucks to satisfy your cravings! This year we are also excited to have a trackless train for the very first time.
CANDY RAFFLE
For every bag of candy you bring to the gym before Flip-or-Treat or at the event, you'll receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a super special surprise gift!
What to Expect at Flip-or-Treat:
GYMNASTICS
Inside, we'll have exciting obstacle courses available for all registered participants, giving athletes the chance to show off their skills to friends and family! The pink gym will be for our athletes ages 6 and under with a toddler corner for our little ones under age 3. The blue gym will be for our athletes ages 7 and up. And in the green gym, we will have dance dance revolution on the big screen. Plus, don't miss a special performance by Balance 180's Pre-Xcel, Level 1 and Competitive Adaptive teams!
COSTUME CONTEST
We'll be hosting a costume contest during the event for our best-dressed athletes and families! Categories include Best Duo, Best Group, Best Trunk, and Best Individual Costume.
Flip-or-Treat Registration
-Week of event registration is $25 for the first child and $5 for each additional sibling.
- Free for adults, children ages 2 & under and trunks

Trunk Registration
Sign up as a trunk to decorate your vehicle in a creative theme, hand out candy, and enjoy the event from start to finish. As a trunk participant, you and your family get free entry to the event! Plus, you can compete in our trunk contest for a chance to win a FREE Balance 180 party for up to 10 friends.
This year's themes so far are: Camping, Spider and webs, K-Pop Demon Hunters, Touchdown with the Trust! Mad Science Lab, Movies, The Lion King, UF, Tooth Fairy, Wednesday,Starbucks, Toys, Monster Mash, Race Cars, Wicked, Cute Bakery, Space and more!
