Free trial classes are available for athletes interested in:

• Tot & Me classes for children under age 3 (parent & child)
• Preschool gymnastics for early movement development
• Recreational gymnastics for ages 3–16
• Tumbling classes for all ages
• Adult foundational fitness classes for strength and movement
