Gymnasts ages 2-16 with physical or intellectual disabilities learn foundational motor skills on the vault, bars, beam and floor in a step-by-step individualized process. Each athlete receives personalized attention and works at his or her own pace in the class.
Coaches focus on improving muscle strength, coordination, and balance, all while having fun! Athletes work in a small group setting, learn to follow directions and are paired with a "buddy".
Classes are positive and engaging, including songs and dance.
